Need to Rent? Use a REALTOR!

Not everybody wants or needs to own a home. If you’re one of those people, you still need someplace to live, though — and renters need to know this very important fact:

Renters can use REALTORS too!

Our job as Realtors is to help our clients find a place to live. And I’ve come up with SIX great reasons a renter should work with a Realtor:

  1. YOU DON’T PAY ME ANYTHING.

That’s right — you don’t pay me a dime. When it comes to rental properties, my compensation comes from the owner/landlord/property management company.

The cost to you? ZERO DOLLARS. (Just making sure that’s clear.)

  1. I KNOW THE AREA.

It’s my job to know Frisco. And McKinney. And Plano. And Allen. And Dallas. And Richardson. Come to think of it, pretty much all of North Texas.

  1. I KNOW THE MARKET CONDITIONS. (Translation: Prices.)

Whether you’re looking to spend $700 a month or $2700 a month, I can pretty much tell you where we should be looking and what kind of rental you can get. I don’t want to waste your time looking at places that are out of your price range.

  1. I CAN FIND WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR.

Whether you’re looking to rent a basic apartment, a condominium, a townhouse, a

duplex or even a single home, I’ll comb the listings and send you any kind of

rental that I think fits your needs.

  1. I HAVE SUPERPOWERS.

OK, not exactly superpowers…but I have the ability to negotiate items (new paint, repairs, etc.) that you might not think about asking for.

  1. I’VE GOT THE WHOLE MLS SYSTEM.

Because I have access (as all Realtors do) to the full Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system, I can find you additional options that aren’t found on other websites (from Rent-dot-com to Craigslist) or even in rental magazines.

The bottom line — I’m happy to work with clients who are looking for a rental place. And I promise to give you the same level of service that I do for my clients who are buying or selling a home.
